Rod Fanthorpe of Lincolnshire Talks required a website as an online brochure, to help advertise the range of his fascinating lectures about Lincolnshire history and culture.  Importantly, the information needed to be accessible, readable and quick-loading.

Muted green tones were used in reference to Lincolnshire, as well as  header logo evocative of the flat fields of so characteristic of Lincolnshire.

Google Analytics was installed, as well as an easy to read hit-counter, at the client's request. The Talks Prospectus page shows the beauty and simpliciy of writing in standards-compliant CSS with a two column page and headings/sub-headings creating perfect uniformity and presentation.

  • W3C standards-compliant valid CSS and XHTML
  • Google Analytics installed as standard
  • Page hit-counter
  • CSS driven presentation
  • logo design
  • links page
  • roll-over CSS buttons

Client Testimonial

This is wonderful, thank you so much. We love the way you have designed it and the background colour, and the 'Lincolnshire' green grassy field border at the top! It's a brilliant job and you're so good at this!

The site is attractive, swish, clean, and efficient. I especially like the flat landscape with grasses at the top, so redolent of the south of the county. A big 'Thank you' for the website.
